Comprised of Lieutenant Allen CBattle Chaplsj and RP2 Vidal, the RMT trains members to become lay leaders in order to provide support for other faith groups. Chaplain Allen is ordained and en- dorsed through the Seventh-day Adven- tist Church. He is married to: the former Eslyn Celia Reed of Brooklyn, New York. Chaplain and Mrs. Allen have been mar- riedfor-twenty years and have two' chil- dren, Aleta C15Q'and Ashante C141 They reside in Chesapeake, VA.
