TO THE GRADUATES OF 1955: Again we are reminded of the permanence of change as we see new faces enter our schools each year and move through the curriculum to graduation. We are always ha py to see new faces enter, and we suffer a kind of empty feeling when those who have been with us through the years leave for further adventures along life's way. We hope that the time spent in school has been a pleasant experience. We hope also that you will feel that it has been a profitable experience. After you have had ten years or more to think over your school days we would like to have your comment. Tell us what we should have done for you that we did not do. It may help us do a better job for those who follow. You are the voters and the taxpayers of tomorrow. You have great responsibilities. You have many jobs to do. Please keep education uppermost and most important of all your activities. Be forever a student. Be forever a teacher. You are a graduate of Carrollton Community Unit High School. The school is pressing ever forward so you can be proud that you are an alumnus. In return, so adjust and pattern your life that the school can point to you with pride.
