Third in State Regional tourney -- Cardinals vs Drayton The Cardinals captured first place in the district tournament and second place in both the conference and regional tour- neys. Displaying both defensive and of- fensive ptmch, the team chalked up a sea- son record of 23 - 6. Coach Keranen righcfully shares honors with his team. As a result of graduation the Cardi- nals will lose four starters, a loss which will be nmdoubtly felt. However, a fine crop of juniors and sophomores make next year's team a definite threat.
