Steve Tracy Robert Erickson 5 Don Nicolson Jerry Eflinger The Carrington gridders of 1958 were the pride and joy of their admiring followers . As the members became more experienced they developed into a very fine foot- ball team. Hard work, determination, and good coach- ing were instrumental ln producing the final recon! of four wins and three losses. , Perhaps the hardest defeat came from the Harvey Hornets when they trounced the Cards 13-0 at their home- coming game. Never-the-less, the power of the Cards made lt a team to be reckoned with throughout the con- ference. Although next year's team will miss the graduating seniors, Coach Martin has a promising young B-team who will uphold the football aspirations of C.H.S. Coaching positions were again ably filled by Morris Martin and his assistant, james Keranen, who provided the punch to do a job well.
