Senior’s Day Halloween Day . . Last football game of Carnegie . . . Seniors chose this day as their special day . . . Senior girls dress up like little girls . . . pigtails and ribbons ... different colored socks and shoes ... lolli- pops and favorite teddy bears . . . freckles . .. boys do their own thing ... orange socks . . . painted shoes, shirts, pants and other things too . . . let's not go to class” . . . no, let's go and have a riot” . . . lunch- time . . . ring-around-the-rosey ... I don't believe those are Seniors . . . pep rally . . . Senior majorettes and cheerleaders . .. switch . . . Senior football players recognized . . . cheerleaders wear basketball socks with bells . . . ghosts ... really funny ... sad too . . . one solemn minute ... the Alma Mater ... no more football pep rallies ever for us. (Top) Majorettes dressed as (would you believe) cheerleaders do a cheer as part of general Senior Day Spirit. (Bottom left) Cheerleaders try to twirl batons. Now we know why they’re cheerleaders. Bonfire Before The Quaker Valley Game Spirit reaches peak ... After fantastic victory at Fort Cherry We're number one!! ... one of four schools left in Class A race ... we can do it ... support the team ... so cheerleaders plan a bonfire .. . October 16 . . . Something was wrong ... too cold?? ... not enough people ... Coach Dudeck asks for support ... spirit low . .. still the fire burned well ... dummy thrown in .. wind and sparks ... Smelly newspapers ... light from majorettes batons . . . Marianne presents a cake ... See Mr. Dudeck, we do care . . . Quaker Valley game ... fight harder ... no disappointment ... wanting it, but not quite making it .. . One lousy touchdown ... Little Tartans eliminated from Class A race ... Sad day for C.H.S.
