JUNIOR VARSITY BASKEIBAH
This year's Junior Varsity Basketball team
posted a very respectable 13-4 season record and
a 10-0 league record to gain the Palomar League
Championship. The J. V. 's after dropping four
out of their first seven ballgames made a complete
turnabout as they were able to win their next ten
ballgames to finish the season.
The leading J. V. scorer was Peter Lopez who
garnered 252 points in 17 games. Other top J. V.
scorers were Manuel Valdez scoring 161 points
and Donny Watson who scored 138 points.
The team as a whole averaged 12. 7 points per
quarter. They also averaged 50. 7 points per
game to their opponents' 31. 9 points per game.
