By the time we were sophomores we had become a part of our school. The things around us were familiar and the faces were no longer strange. We watched the freshies with amusement wondering if we were ever like that. The memories of our junior year are still vivid in our minds. We recall the thrill of realizing that we were now upperclassf men: but that isn't all we remember. We recall the hard work of financing our Prom and the time spent making our idea a 46 Longfellow beautiful reality But it wasn t all work none of us will ever forget the fun we had our junior year and now we loo back and wonder if the Juniors realize that they have only one wonderful year remaining Our senior year is already in part a memory We are now aware that these halls will soon cease to be a part of our life that soon we will be on our own go ing our separate ways meeting different people. As individuals we may not all be ready for the responsibility but as a class vte must be for soon high school will be for us only a memory. These thoughts and memories we leave with you, in the hope that you will cherish them as we do and that your memories of your high school days will be as happy as ours are.
