Thursday-jackie Gillock and Dibbie Short laugh uproariously as Thursday slides into the picture. The rest of Canyon viewed the scene in a new light, too, for the weekend-complete with football games, parties, and dates, prom- ised relief from the day to day grind. 5. Friday- The Comanche Band and Drill team welcomes the weekend spectacularly. Along with these performing groups, other Comanches enthusi- astically dove into the weekend. Monday-Lori Rodgers, forced into reality af- ter a glorious weekend, seems to be suffering from a typical case of Monday morning blahs. Along with Lori, many other Comanches were less than enthusiastic about Monday. In fact, the general opinion seemed to be Monday morn- ing-what a drag. 2. Tuesday-In class, Tuesdays generate mixed emotions. Teresa Cartwright looks forward to the week with zest and vigor, while joNeI Nicholson thoughtfully ponders the prospect of Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. At Canyon, Tuesdays were less fun than Mon- days, but a long way from Friday. 3. Wednes- day- You mean it's already the middle of the week?
