EPEZEXGWUKBEXEDW With more and more students working in their spare time, Work Experience handled a record number of students. Under the leadership of Mr. Kent Moore, Work Experience found jobs for students and gave them school credit for their jobs. The Regional Occupations Program catered to students who hoped to find a job after they graduated or those who wanted to experience their chosen career before they planned their college major. Ms. Trish Ames directed the vari- ous programs which included construction, banking, and medical occupations. State Requirements chairman Mr. Harper Eph- rom battled over-crowded classes while at- tempting to send safe drivers onto the California highways. The first six weeks of the course were spent driving cars and working simulators with roving teachers who went on to teach at other high schools. The rest of the classtime was used for viewing films and taking notes on lectures. 1.
