“,- -H ---- After the basketball season was over we didn't plan to stop any more, but our plane was in need of repairs. In order to complete our trip, a play had to be given. It seemed as though the Juniors were having bad luck then, too, so we got together and gave the junior-Senior play, Youth Comes Tripping. After the play was over our plane was ready and waiting for us. In the plane this time, we had our Senior skip day, Junior-Senior banquet, baccalaureate, and commencement. When we landed we Seniors got off safely and continued on our way through life. s MY LIFE When the winter snow isfblowing, And the wind comes storming and lowing, I put on my warmest wraps, Then hunt up my old rusted traps. I go to school with the wind in my face, And study and learn to be an aceg I'm scolded for making noise in the hall, But still they let me play basketball. I go home and saddle up my bay, I get the cows, and then I can playg But I have to put the lambs in the shelter, They see me come and run helter Skelter. Elden Nye Uuniorj A MORN IN .SPRING Is there anything as lovely as a morn in spring, When you can hear the birdies sing Their melodies so sweet and pure, Like the ripples on lake so blue and clear? On the plants sparkle the little dewdrops, Across the meadows a rabbit bunny hops, Up above you is the bright blue sky, Colored here and there by clouds of dye. Up jumps the sun from behind a hill, The moon fades away with lasting goodwillg The wise old owl who hoots all night Doesn't say anything to the sun so bright. Beverly Fry KF re shmanl
