BIBLE CAMP I went to Bible Camp hoping only to escape the routine of school. While there, I watched with a group of other early birds as the flaming sun rose silhouetted between two peaks and changed the sky from dull gray to Violent pink and orange. I watched the light from the dy- ing fire glow in faces of fellow stu- dents as they told of the joy found from being close to God. I sensed a Clo 8 en e s s and love toward each member of the group. I was slowly overwhelmed by the spirit of enthusiasm all around me. When I came away, I was bubbling over with a new awareness of life.

ACT Early in the fall, Campion students formed an organization to include all religious func- tions--A s s o c i a t e d Christian Teenagers . One p0 rtion of ACT was community service offered to the citizens of Loveland and the surrounding areas . Housework, yardwork, and minor home repairs were jobs given to the students by the two co-presidents, Noel G a r dn e r and Jacque Reiboldt, after Connie Brown, secretary-treas- urer, r e c e i v e d requests by phone or mail. 22
