Text from Pages 1 - 100 of the 1953 volume:

Cameron High School Foreword In this the fifth volume of Campus Echoes we have endeavored to surpass the past volumes in arrangement, interest, and beauty. As the once vivid memories of your school days grow dim it is hoped that this book will draw out of the shadows of the past, and bring to life once again your days at Cameron High School. The Staff Dedication To Mrs. J. P. Dufford for her untiring efforts and devotion as a teacher and her counsel and guidance to the students of Cameron High School, we proudly present with sincere appreciation this, the Fifth Volume of Campus Echoes . Alma Mater O, Cameron, our Alma Mater dear. With storied fame of yore. We always love thy name to hear And will forevermore. We shout thy name with praise and joy Wherever we may roam; We'll spread thy fame both far and wide Of thee, our fairest home. With loyalty we'll cling to thee. And we shal I ever g ive To thee our hearts' sincerity As long as we shall live. Chorus: Then hail to thee, O Cameron High, O school we love the best. Our Alma Mater, O so dear. Then hail, dear Cameron, hail. A FACULTY MR. E. M. FUNDERBURK, JR. History and Coach MRS. J. D. WACTOR Home Economics MRS. W. D. RICKENBACKER Commerce MRS. M. G. AUSTIN History and French MR. B. D.
