Class Prophecy As I was sitting in the living room of a penthouse in New York watching 3-D television, a news flash interrupted the program. It was announcing the first successful trip to the moon made by man. That man happened to be my old class mate, the renowned scientist, Dr. GERALD G. GRATZ, B.S. 8: PhD. As the regular television program returned to the screen, who should I see but those two famous commedians who have replaced Martin and Lewis, DON TRUEMAN and THEO BRITTON. It seems that they have added a third man to their act, J IIVI BUEHRER. Jim and Don tell the jokes, and Theo laughs at them. As that show went off the screen, a wrestling match came on. I was surprised to see J ANICE BARNES, another one of my school friends. She is now United States Women's Cham- pion Wrestler, and is married to another great name in the wrestling world, Gorgeous George. Janice has changed her name to Groaning Gussie.' Just then, the telephone rang. It was MARGE CARTER BUNCE who had just returned from Florida with her husband and five boys. The trip was one of the prizes she received for being Mrs. America of 1964. She told me that while she was there, she saw DON NYE, his wife, and their four sets of twins. Don was there because he had won the Most Out- standing Michigan Farmer' contest. His wife was there for a rest. With them was ILIFF VAN AKEN. He poses for the body beautiful' ads in Wow! magazine. Marge also saw PAT DILLON, who is movie producer and tycoon DON WARD'S answer to Marilyn Monroe. She is known as 'Pulsating Pat.' I finished talking to Marge, and returned to the television set. An advertisement was on advertising BOB WATERBURY'S used cars. The commercial went something like this: 'Don't be a boob, see Bob. Then, a lecture program came on the air. The guest speaker was Dr. MARILEE CRAMTON, who has become a famous woman surgeon. She is chief of staff at the Hillsdale Health Center. With her was LEONA SHIFFLER, who is the Director of Nurses there. Just then, the door bell rang. It was SALLY KING, who is married to a millionaire who inherited his father's dog food cannery. With her was RUTH ELSON who runs a bache1or's boarding house and restaurant across the street called Toot's Tidy Tearoom. Sally told me that PAUL BLOUNT is head of the College of Dentistry at the Univer- sity of Michigan. His friends call him 'Painless Paul. She also said that BETTY ROBINSON was now a famous lawyer in Washington D.C.- She is known as 'Legal Eagle Robinson. Also it seems that DICK DENISON has become famous in the circus world with his 'trained flea' act. In partnership with Dick is EDDIE MULL. Eddie trains the fleas and Dick puts them through their paces. RUTH EDINGER and JUDY DRYER are teachers at good old C.F.H.S. DONNA LEMMON is married and living in Montpelier Her next door neighbors are BARBARA and JERRY MICHAEL. Barbara is the former BARBARA SCHAADT. After Sally and Ruth left, the telephone rang again. It was LUETTA GROWDEN. She is now a Power's model here in New York. She said that she had heard from JUDY WISMAN. Judy is a psychiatrist in Camden. Her best customers are former teachers of the C.F.H.S. Class of 54 . SHIRLEY FORD, MARLENE HUKILL, and DARLENE RIGELMAN are owners of a famous New York restaurant. ELIZABETH BURKE GEORGE and her husband are famous evangelists in California. Oh yes, MR. REYNOLDS now has four sons who are all attending Indiana University. As for me, I guess I'd better get back to work dusting the furniture before my employer, Mrs. Gotrocks, comes home. Respectfully submitted, J eannine Vallieu
