Complete selection of their nationwide trips are to be found under Junior Class Activities Page 17 Senior Class Activities Raise Eyebrows Senior class activities over the past year and a half have caused several questions to be raised in the community. Own- ers of local amusement parks and ski operators across New England have joined with the National Parks and Wildlife Trust in an attempt to curb what have been described as wild excess on the part of CRLS seniors. Full details under Senior Class Activities Page 23 West Indies Braces For Second U.S. Invasion The U.S. State Department has denied that the United States is planning to destabilize this region of the world. The re- cent turmoil in the area is being attributed to a group of high school seniors. For pictures and details see BAHAMAS!! Page 32 Class of 85 Largest Class Ever to Graduate in State History This year's graduating class will not only contain the bright- est and most talented students to graduate from C.R.L.S. in re- cent memory, - it will also be the largest. All 3,457 students will graduate at an outdoor cere- mony to be held in Foxboro Sta- dium on June 10. More details see Class of 85 Page 41 Some C.R.L.S. Clubs To Be Cut A decision is expected in the next five years as to which clubs at C.R.L.S. will be terminated. This situation has come about because the budget for club activities has now passed the ten million dollar mark. School Department officials will offer no comment at this stage as the computer has been unable to complete the list of clubs at C.R.L.S. For complete details see Clubs Page 113 Finger Painting Collection Stolen ln a robbery that took place over the Columbus Day weekend, thieves stole five of the nine finger paintings on dis- play outside the main office. Lo- cal police officials have been notified, and are seeking infor- mation which will lead to the arrest of these colorful vandals. For details of arts programs un- touched in the raid, see Arts Page 123 Program Highlights To Be Maintained As in previous years, a fea- ture highlighting a selection of programs offered as part of the curriculum will appear again in this year's Yearbook. Water Polo Team Nominated to Hall of Fame This year's sports season closed with the announcement that our Water Polo Team has been nominated to the State Hall of Fame. Both team mem- bers were quoted as being de- lighted at the honor bestowed on them, and hoped that in years to come the sport of wa- ter polo would come to be as widely acclaimed as our football program. Complete details of all Sports Page 145 Yearbook Staff Tell it As it is The yearbook staff of the Class of 1985 has reportedly completed work on the 1985 Yearbook. The staff has spent the past year in total isolation on the third floor of the Arts Build- ing, and was discovered by a team of custodians during the annual Spring cleaning. For all details see Yearbook Staff Page 183 Record Number of Teachers to Retire The closing of the school year will see the retirement of the largest group of teachers in the history of the school depart- ment. This sudden and unex- pected exodus has been brought on by the lack of park- ing spaces inthe garage. Faced with having to park strictly within the white lines or joining car pools, many faculty opted for early retirement.
