Whatever the problem, whatever the request - each student may approach our principal with the confidence that he will listen and will base his decision on what he believes to be best for the student and tor the school. University of Pittsburgh Superintendent of the Cambridge City Schools since l956, Mr. Shelby has experienced the growth in enrollment from 3358 to 3996. During that same period new school buildings have been completed and others remodeled and enlarged to meet the demands of the increase in enroll- ment. The children and young people of Cambridge are important to Mr. Shelby, and all changes and improvements are made to meet the needs ot these boys and girls.
