The 1969-70 Cavalier junior Varsity Basketball Team-Fin! row-Don Storms, mgr., Bob Pfeiffer, coach, Ellsworth Hutchins, mgr Serond row-Guy Reynolds, Rod Sewell, Linwood Smith, Lou Randall, Mac Coates, Truman Charnley, Mark Gough, Ron Mackall, and Tom King UNDERSTUDIES FINISH WITH 10 AND 9 MARK The Calvert junior varsity cagers finished the year with a fine 10 and, 9 record. Coach Bob Pfeiffer drilled the quint into a fine unit that played good defense and scored proficiently at times. Larry Brown led the team in scoring with a 17 point average. He got plenty of help from Truman Charnley f12.6j, Mac Coates Q12.6j, and Rod Sewell Q8.0j. The high game for the season was Larry Brown's 31 points against Pallotti. Brown also scored 29 twice.
