The CHS chapfer of lhe Fufure Farmers of America is one of fhe busiesl' organizalions in school. Under fhe leadership of Mr. James Flamson, FFA advisor, lhe chap- rer has done a lol fo improve lhe school of CHS. The chapfer has a poinf award charf whereby 1'he six club members who gel fhe mosf poinrs on Their proiecfs go on a camping +rip af +he end of fhe school year. One of l'he loiggesl' jobs fhe FFA has underfalcen fhis year was 'lo pul' in a lawn around lhe chapfer la'l'h house. Also every year fhe club members sell plan+s fhai' 'lhey planfed earlier in fhe year and raised in +heir lafh house. ln social evenfs fhe chapfer has done well. The dance was acclaimed as one of fhe mosl successful of 'rhe year. ln lhe spring, baseball and lennis were played and lhe school year ended wilh lhe selecfion of lhe all-slar leams.
