As the school year draws toward a close, we are reminded that many youth will leave our school to go out into the business world to make a place for themselves. Others will return in the fall to gather further knowledge. We, as teachers, are rewarded by the success of the youth whom we have help to educate. One cannot but wonder what the future holds for the fine youth in the Calhan community. I take this means to personally thank everyone who has had any part in the school program for the year. Especially do I express my deep gratitude to the children, who seem to be so appreciative of our guidance.
