The Bulldogs traveled to Yuma to defeat the Criminals in a close match, and went to San Diego only to lose a close one' to the Grossmont Foothillers. The Bulldogs engaged the El Centro Spartans in a two out of three gamc series for the valley championship, and it was necessary to play only the first two for the Bulldogs to cinch their third consecutive valley title.
