Klffiee Oflice Training this year has proven to be a lor of fun for the students who par- ticipated. They have learned how to file records and operate various machines. It has been a benefit to the students in help- ing them know more about the workings of an oihce. Mrs. Jensen deserves a lot of credit for understanding direction and interesting in- struction. Some of these studies are: Keeping shelves orderly, helping students find reference materials, desk duty, Bling, and various work that they may be asked to do. We wish to let Miss Cotiin know that she is appreciated for her Hue work in teaching and showing the students more about our library.

Shirley Carpender, President, was greatly assisted by her five hard working ofhcers and Executive Board. Ofhcers were: Vice President, Virginia Ernst, Secretary, Cassandra Handfordg Treasurer, Phyllis Glenng Historian, Yvonne Bates and Parliamentarian, Dorothy Engle. A Newcomers' Tea and Picnic in the park started the year rolling. During National Ii.H.A. Wfeek-November 2-8-they celebrated by having a party attended by all the members. The Fall Convention, which was held in Caldwell this year, the State Convention and the International Dinner were three of the more outstanding events of the year.
