CONSTITUTION CODES COMMITTEE Covorf Coroy. $u on Baldrigc, Stove Scofield. Poulo Connolly, Dr Don lowton. Advisor. This Committee, under the leadership of Steve Scofield, establishes policies and procedures for all student body code changes. It also processes all club and organization codes for final approval by the Student Affairs Council. Again this year it was necessary for the committee to review the entire constitution and code structure of the ASB, and to make a number of changes to bring the constitution and codes into agreement. The Dance Committee administers and schedules the all-college dances, and several times each year sponsors a campus Nightclub. Vicky Lucas, Joan Campbell, Nancy Liggett, Louise Williomson, Durword Priebe. Jim Sefton. The main function of the Assembly Committee is to provide concerts for the student body. This past year we had The Brothers Four, Dick Gregory, and Vince Guaraldi. These functions were thoroughly enjoyed t y those who attended. By presenting better performances, the committee sought to moke more money to be used for more and better assemblies. The Assembly Com- mittee is also responsible for arranging the College Hour programs. The policies and criteria for awards are established by the Awards Committee. They rec- ommend students for Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities, and designate the senior to be given the award of the Outstanding Mustang of the Year. Selection of this stu- dent is based on achievements during the academic year. The Awards Committee is also responsible for the recognition of students for their services to the student body. DONA TIONS COMMITTEE Or. Don Lawson, Advisor, Anne Rke. Steve Scofield, Roger Greene. The main function of the Donations Committee is to be responsible for processing applica- tions from student organizations who wish to sponsor donation drives. They are directly respon- sible to the Student Affairs Council. The Donation Committee also sees thot the profits from these drives are submitted to the correct pl6ces. DRAMA COMMITTEE The Drama Committee's main purpose is to provide entertainment for the student body. Through use of the Little Theater and plays, they can take their audiences almost anywhere.
