Vicky Lucas, Joan Campbell, Nancy Liggett, Louise Williomson, Durword Priebe. Jim Sefton. The main function of the Assembly Committee is to provide concerts for the student body. This past year we had The Brothers Four, Dick Gregory, and Vince Guaraldi. These functions were thoroughly enjoyed t y those who attended. By presenting better performances, the committee sought to moke more money to be used for more and better assemblies. The Assembly Com- mittee is also responsible for arranging the College Hour programs. The policies and criteria for awards are established by the Awards Committee. They rec- ommend students for Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities, and designate the senior to be given the award of the Outstanding Mustang of the Year. Selection of this stu- dent is based on achievements during the academic year. The Awards Committee is also responsible for the recognition of students for their services to the student body.
