OFFICERS TREASURER VICE PRESIDENT PRESIDENT SECRETARY Pat Harder Laurel Roth Dixon Powers Judy Kalinowski Busy, active, and enthusiastic are just a few of the words to describe the 75-76 Student Coun- cil. We sponsored the annual homecoming fes- tivities. One of the highlights was the Junior O- lympics, which involved both teachers and stu- dents in some of the wildest sporting extravaganza imaginable. A dance culminated the weeks acti- vities. For the third consecutive year, Centura hosted District ff2 Fall Convention, the largest and most active in the state! There were 35 schools in at- tendance and nearly 400 students. Mr. Tom Camp of Lincoln was the keynote speaker. Cen- tura also had five members attending the state convention in York, with Laurel Roth as a candi- date for State Treasurer. In the spring, we attended the district con- vention hosted by Minden for the purpose of elect- ing new district officers. We had a candidate for each office, with Lee Purdy winning the race for secretary. Also in the spring, we hosted a dance with Whale providing the music.
