Lucy Lingo, Treasurer, Lora Bilton, Secretary, Virginia Wall, President, Mary E. Williams, Ricky Jester, and Tom Postlethwait, Activities Com- mittee members. The Student Council is the student's voice in Caesar Rodney High School. The Council acts as a liaison between students and the administration. The student representatives work hard to promote improvement and coordinations of the many school activities. It assists allschool activities which seek its aid, encourage student participation in the many activities, encourage the growth of democratic pro- cesses, and are in general dedicated to the improve- ment of the school community. Its many activities are highlighted by the annual Magazine Campaign and the All-SchoolBanquet, an event high on the list of school activities, where students who have con- tributed to the school program are honored.
