Twenty-five years ago there occured some changes in the administra¬ tion of the Cadillac schools. Mr. B. C. Shankland, who for five years had been principal of C. H. S., was promoted to superintendent. Mr. George H. Mills, coach of champion football teams, was appointed high school principal. Much of the winning spirit with which our students have been and are imbued must be credited to the work of these two men. For a quarter century’s effort in our behalf we honor them.
