ROTC Unit demonstrates precision in marching performance. ROTC Program Initiated At Butler Captains Michael Linn and Michael Brown became familiar personalities on campus during the past year as they initiated the ROTC course in cooperation with the pro- gram at Wichita State University. Both men are assistant professors of military science as Wichita ' s only ally. Students — men or women — enrolled in the ROTC course receive credit that trans- fers to any university offering the program. They are also eligible to receive scholarships and other financial aids during their last two years of college. Classroom activities are held on campus. Students spend one Saturday a month at Wichita for a leadership laboratory test. The course is designed to provide training in management and leadership and leads to a commission as 2nd Lieutenant. Set in the sixteenth century in Salem, Massachusetts, The Crucible is the story of how untruths and ignorance eventually destroy the lives of thirty-nine men and women reputedly possessed by the Devil.
