Journalism students attend second annual banquet. Lantern Staff The 1970 Lantern staff consisted of students chosen from journalism classes under the direction of Mr. Bill Bidwell. The editorial board for first semester was run by Carolyn Marcum, editor-in-chief; Al Redburn, managing editor; Jim McNulty, news editor; Dianne Osborne, co-ed news editor; Clayton Nicholson, sports editor; and Virginia Mad- ison, production editor. One of the staff writers, Mike Corn, wrote a poem which was selected for publication in the Annual Anthology of College Poetry. The chief editors of the Lantern were honored at a journalism banquet.
