Edwin J. Walbourn, President The busiest person on campus is, no doubt, our own President Walbourn. He holds regularly sched- uled monthly meetings with the newly appointed department chairmen and the administrators, with the administrative council, with the presidential advisory committee, with the entire faculty, and with the board of trustees. Frequently he attends the sessions of the North Central steering committee and is official host for many of the special groups that meet in the campus areas, often extending greetings or presenting talks. Representing the school at home and away from Butler County, he does extensive traveling to state, regional, and na- tional committees and organizations. His one off- campus responsibility is that of legislative commit- tee member of the Kansas Public Community Junior College Association. His time is truly not his own but belongs to the school he administers. 6 Administratio
