First Semester: Loretta Huber, Mr. Patten, director; Glenda Shoemake, Kip Carroll, Cathy Bear Lined up for the parade at Excelsior Springs, Missouri Dinner guests before their performance at the Juco Appreciation Day Banquet The Juco Voices, a choral group organized last year and continued this year with new personnel, has proved a very popular group, having been invited to perform at many club pro- grams. The first semester group journeyed through Kansas City into Iowa over the weekend of November 4 for a series of entertainments and represented the El Dorado People -to - People chapter at the Mineral Water Bowl Football Classic in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, the weekend following Thanksgiving . The second semester group has continued to provide entertainment for many occasions, including a special program at Tabor College at Hillsboro. It has constantly added to its repertoire of literary selections and plans to make a tour of perfor- mances following the close of the school year. The major event of the first semester was the annual Christmas party for students in the El Dorado school for retarded students, pictures of which appear below. ib
