The Sophomore Class of 1930-31 was composed of sixty-five members, many of whom were the most active and wide-awake boosters of the student body of the El Dorado Junior College During the two years of their term within the halls of E.J.C. they have made a name for themselves which will endure upon the pages of history of the El Dorado Junior College. The members have shown their ability in every phase of school life and school activity. On the football field, on the basketball court, the tennis court, the golf course, and on the track, they have held their own and have brought fame and glory to their school. They have given their share of talent necessary for debates and oration. In the college plays leads have been held by many Sophomores. The school work of the members have been above reproach as shown by the frequent appearances of their names on the roll of honor. The officers of the 1930-31 class are President, George Benson,- Vice-President, Marian Stahiman; Sec- retary-Treasurer, Ennis Sand berg.

The coming of the class of ' 32 was an epoch in the history of the El Dorado Junior College. The upper classmen soon realized that it was not only the largest class ever to enter, but also the liveliest. Headed by an exclusive masculine triumvate made up of Menelaus Litras, Max Tompkins, and Bill Graham, the class has accomplished much this year. Is has not been perhaps the most brilliant class in the history of the college nor the most athletic, but the class of ' 32 has been a combination of both. Their achievements have not been confined to the gridiron and gymnasiun. They have studied a little once in a while, as the honor roll always shows. Freshmen also starred in dramatics. The class was well represented in oratory, declamation, track, tennis, and golf.
