Until the close of the first semester a college section was edited in the High School paper by the Journalism Staff, but the Student Council deemed it necessary to acquaint the town and countryside with our work, and thus the bulletin came into being. The English composition classes with the coaching of Miss Milford published the bulletin at intervals of three weeks. The bulletin was financed in part by the Business and Professional Women ' s Club and by the Lions Clubs of both El Dorado and Wichita. NINETEEN THIRTY Page Thirty
