'Gag Pawn! ls Wawtimg BiwBTl1ema To involve the student body in the planning of Burges-In-Bloom, students were asked to vote on the theme, band, and the place for the ball. Students chose the theme of Gay Paree and a change of scene from the gym to the Holiday Inn, vvhere Congress pro- vided the music. Diana Galloway and Sergio Martinez made an impressive Queen and King and Rosie Gonzalez and Hank Bashore served as Lady-in-Waiting and Aide-to- the-King. Student Council worked in preparing candle dripped vvine bottles and lace garters for the Gay Paree effect.
