We became, that day, players in the grimmest game in the world - a war to survive. The challenge is clear. As players, vve must keep fit, we must be prepared, we must stand ready to serve, each of us as best he can, that America may live. I am proud to feel that the staff and student body of our school are meeting and will continue to meet that challenge. To the graduates of 1942, best wishes for every success.
