JUNIOR RED CROSS COUNCIL The Jr. Red Cross Council’s main purpose is learning to understand the work of the Red Cross and to carry out helpful projects. It is a job of hard work, of grueling practice sessions, and mainly, a job of constantly maintaining the morale of both the team and the spectators.
