Principals Handle Buena's Administrative Reins CZ' MR. ARLEIGH McCONNELL - Principal. B.A. Fresno State College, M.A. Claremont Gradu- ate School. Directing certificated and classified functions of the school constitutes Mr. McConnell's pri- mary responsibility. Administration of the school budget, supplies, policies and procedures, school plant, campus development and public relations are among his other requirements. He is also in charge of the selection and assign- ment of teachers and teacher evaluation, along with Mr. Pinkerton.
