Members are selected for their character on the basis of faculty and Knights evaluation and the service each prospective Knight has performed for Buena and the community. Serving Buena and the community in every Way possible is the club's main objective. Activities include ushering at assemblies and pep rallies, and serving at the Mother-Daughter Banquet. KEY CLUB: Key Club International is a service organization of selected young men. Developing initiative and leadership, serving school and community, and gaining experience in living and working together are the goals of Key Club members. Year's activities included the Key Club Banquet, peanut sales, the Handsome Harry Con- test, the canned food drive, the Key Club car Wash, and morning flag raising. Its purpose is to stimulate argumen- tative discussion in the form of an organized de- bate session, and to pro- mote personal speech. Subjects range from stu- dent interests to inter- national interests. New to Buena this year, the Debate Club had an en- thusiastic beginning. 102 MEDICAL ARTS CLUB: Medical Arts Club is de- signed for any student interested in any type of medical career. Its ob- jective is to give mem- bers a broad range of knowledge of many fields of medicine and health: Dentistry, Nurs- ing, Laboratory techni- cian, Dietetics, and others. Meetings were held twice a month at which health specialists describe their career.
