At the beginning of the year the fifth Robert Cottrell later moved to the Shawnee in programs for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and parties as well as Halloween, Christmas, and grade enrolled four girls and twelve boys. The sixth grade has seven girls and eleven boys enrolled. Each child participated in Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Institute programs. Halloween, Christmas, and Valen- tine parties have been held in the rooms. Officers for the room were chosen from the sixth grade. FOURTH GRADE Row l Patty Iohns, Glenn Lewis Ramga, George Peterson, Iimmy Ramsey, Marilyn Briggs, Nancy McClintock. Row 2 Wade Ewing, Billy Doering, Karen Place, Tony Fuerst, Mrs. Eisley. Row 3 Bobby Sutton, Terry Wlietstoiie, Bobby Gibson, Bobby Whetstone. In the fall of 1954 the fourth grade had an enrollment of sixteen pupils, 6 girls and 10 boys. All the fourth graders participated in the Thanksgiving program, the Christmas op- CfCtt1l, the Farmerls Institute program and the Easter program. Most of the children celebrated their birthdays at school and room parties were held for Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day.
