The 2ND Division ' s battle over the endless life of rust begins aft of the quarterdeck and continues until reach the stern. Delegated the responsibility of maintaining these spaces are the boatswain ' s mates of the 2ND Division led by LIEDERBACH, BM2. His specialty is deck and marlinspike seamanship. He works with boats, lines, and ground tackle using many skills common to the seaman of old.
