Not only does education mean intellectual develop- ment, but it also means an organized environment which will influence a more favorable personal development of every student attending a school. Of course, each in- dividual will develop to the degree that he wisely in- vests his time. Education is a cooperative adventure— pupil and teacher relationship. The calendar of time is available for all, but the use of time is an individual matter. It is an objective of the secondary school to encourage every pupil attending to learn to utilize time so he will progress toward higher ideals of living as well as securing basic educational experiences essential for future specialization. You seniors have completed twelve school years and I trust that the most of you have made a good investment. Time waits for no one. Education does not cease upon graduation, but is a contin- uous process. Remember to use your time and abilities so that you will always be moving with the stream of progress. K. L. SIMMONS Principal
