She is kind, gentle, unselfish to every- one, and everyone loves her. She is a leader in everything and how could :anyone help loving her with her beautiful dark brown curls, her sweet personality with that charm that attracts every- one. SARA MITCHELL- Sally Banquet Committee, '25g Girls' Chorus: French Club, Latin Cluibg Year Book Staffg Girls' Hi-Yg Hamilton Literary Societyg Pageants. Sal might 'be said to be pep in disguise. There is no other person in our class who has a larger amount of the combination pep plus a happy disposition. We are all sure that our class would never have fared so well if it had not been for this willing worker. Sal willl do it is an expressison not uncommonly heard. ANNA MYERS- Petey Girls' Chorusg Latin Club, 'Owl Staff: Girls' Basket Ball Team '24, French Club, Sec'y French Club '26g French Play '26, Sec'y Girls' Hi-Y '26g Oiperettag Class Play ,265 Editor Annual '26: Pfageantsg Pioneer Literary Society: A. A. A stands for Anna at the first of the alphabet. She ranks first in popularity, scholarship and mischievousness. She is the personification of everything' that becomes a real girl. To know her is to love her ipage Orvisj. MILDRED McCLAIN Latin Club, F1'ench Clubg Girls' Chorus, Girls' Hi-Yg Pageantsg Hamilton Literary Society. A bright, cheery smile for everyone hfas this young lady. She is always ready to help in any place where the opportunity may present itself, as long as it is not a man who asks a favor. She has already handed in her application for adm't- tance to the Old Maids' Home. We wish her success in her aim and hope she shall live very happily ever after. EMMA McKINLEY Chorusg French Clubg Paggeantsg Darling Lit- erary Society, A. A. Emma hails from Alaska. However, she is not so cold hearted, if one is to judge by the number of letters she receives each noon and by the look she wears on her face and procllaims that her thoughts a1'e elsewhere. 'Pun lflullo MARTHA LEATHERS- Mart Operetta, Girls' Chorus, A. A., Ploneer Liter- ary Society, French Club, Pageants. Martha spent three months of this year in Florida, during which we all, especially our bar- ber, missed her very much. We think we shall all go to Florida fand see if it will affect our hair as it did Mart's. She is loved by all, and remember, all includes the boys. H. FREDERICK LEWIS- Ted Latin Club, Vice-Pres. French Club, Manager Senior Class Play, Manager The Echo, '26, Chairman Hallowe'en Party '26, Orchestra, Treasurer Band, Sec1'etary Class '26, Pageants, A. A., President Hamilton Literary Society. Four years fairly flew for this young chap. Busy can't be applied to Ted, he's swamped. Some day we'll hear of Ted managing the affairs of the nation, and we know he'll do it well. LAURA LOVE French Club, Literary Society, Latin Club, High School Chorus, Operetta. This is a case of quality rather than quantity because Laura has alwlays been known for her seventy-five pounds. She only comes to school in the morning, and it seems that she spends her afternoons at a little country school house not far from town where it is said the hills are White, WILBUR LOWERS Boys' Hi-Y, '25, A. A., Boys' Chorus, Literary Society. Wilbur seems to have a peculilar fondness for study, a fondness which many of us lack. We think because of the industrious habits developed in his youth that he will be a great man some day. Many of the female sex have been often much chagrined and disappointed because their charms seem to have no effect on his infiexible heart. NORMAN MATSON- Peezer Boys' Chorus, Treasurer Darling Literary So- ciety, A. A. Normie is called the snoreless sleeper of B. H. S. since so many of his sleeping hours are taken up with social functions. But Normie thinks he is only young once and means to get out of life all the enjoyment possible. Normie recalls to us when we see him nodding, that quotation from Macbeth, Sleep the innocent sleep. But never fear, Peezer, you'll wake up some dlay. Page 'l'u'r'nfy-Tim

'lllllfl Iflvnn BELVA L. MCMANIGLE Girls' 'Chorusg French Clubg Operettag Pa- geantsg Hamilton Literary Societyg A. A. Belva takes the world as it comes and never goes out to meet it. Yet she is quite an adven- turess. She rivials Cleopatra in her vampish and clever ways. She is also noted for her wit, which is always in evidence. GEORGIE NEEL French Clubg Latin Clubg Pagean-tsg A. A. This young Iassie, another of our Hoodlebug- gers, has mysterious charm over the opposite sex. She has had countless romances during her four years here and has cofllected quite a num- ber of broken hearts. However, she is an all around good sport and is high in the minds of the faculty and students of B. H. S. EDNA PETREE French Clubg Hi-Yg Darling Literary Society. Edna joined our class in the midst of our Senior year. She came from Sharon, where she seems to have learned all the arts of a coquette, at least several members of the male sex have fallen to her charms. She has become indeed a big part of our class and we don't see how we ever got along without her. ORVILLE PROCIOUS Boys' Chorusg A. A.g Literary Societyg Boys' Hi-Y. There's something worth consideration in this youth of sturdy build. Circumstancial evidence seems to prove that he is a born salesman. But Orville, a faint heart never won a fair lady. EUGENE V. RI'CHARD'S4- Vince President Class of '24: President Darling Lit- erary Societyg Boys' Hi-Yg B. B. Managerg A. A.g Operettag Boys' Chorusg Orchestnag Band: Pa- geant. A great many of B. H. S.'s students, mainly the fair sex, patronize Richard's barber shon. People might wonder why we don't. Gene nearly always is there. He leaves his mark on B. H. S. in more ways than one, mainly E, V.
