BASEBALL This year, as always, Techs nine made a line showing in PSAL competition. Tony Aversano and Fred Phster, the team's senior members, played starring roles in Mr. Wag- ner's aggregation of future stars. Tony played a strong center Field while Fred led the team with a phenomenal .556 batting average. The team, lacking a nearby practice field, will try to make up for this by starting practice well in advance ol' the regular season. The. present group, although not as big as last year's, makes up in hustle what it laeks in size. Cheering them on from the sidelines will be Fred Pfister, the only senior from last year's squad.
