Another aspect of the course is the Drafting Room where pupils are schooled in the art of archi- tectural rendering-doodling on a large piece of paper-and encouraged in the Held of im- aginative thinking-day dreaming. There in the Southeast corner of the cafeteria we see a chem course lad ex- ploring deeper into the realm of his future profession. Here in Tech a future scientist is striving to manufacture a rare commodity, Coke. This exploration is important to the Technite who someday must apply his knowl- edge of chemistry to feeding the people of the world and to producing new materials for the betterment of our civilization.
