Putting the annual yearbook together is one of most tedious and demanding tasks undertaken during the school year. lt is a generally accepted fact that it is impossible to please each and every person in a given group with one idea or product. However this is exactly what the yearbook staff has as its goal, for the yearbook is meant for the enjoyment of all students, regardless of interest. lt is evident what a terrifically time-consuming job this has been, and the members of the year- book staff for l96O are to be commended. EFLECTHINS REFLECTIONS, the award- winning annual, is the maga- zine which publishes the finest literary efforts of our student body, and presents these writ- ings in a most appealing form. Since its first printing in l957, the Brooklynites have heartily received it each year, and en- couraged its growth. Through the combined achievements of both the Eng- lish and Art departments, RE- FLECTIONS, under the guid- ance of Mr. Glenn L. Fickel, has attained and maintained a high standard of respect and popularity since its first ap- pearance, to become one of the most outstanding in the nation.
