In the spring we sent boxes to the patients at Veterans’ HospltaL Each year we try to choose projects that will allow us to share some of our blessings with less fortunate people.

The Glee Club, youngest and largest of Brooke Hill’s organizations, has as its purpose the furthering of interest in music. An interest in singing, a desire to learn, and a willingness to co-operate are all that are required of a Glee Club member. The Glee Club tries to provide enjoyment for those who sing and for those who listen.

MAY DAY MAY COURT 1958 Each year, students of the Lower School take part in the May Day festivities which are arranged and conducted by Miss Elizabeth Petesch. The May Queen and her princesses are members of the eighth grade class and are chosen by a vote of the entire Lower School. Members of all classes take part in the entertainment. Though this colorful ceremony is only in its seventh year, it has become one of the best-loved Brooke Hill traditions.
