Library and Guidance The library is open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for student use. It contains approximately 10,000 volumes and subscribes to eighty magazines and periodicals as well as several newspapers. Numerous sets of reference books and audio visual materials are also available for student use. Patricia Phillips is librarian and Joan Campbell is library aide. The guidance program provides a variety of services for students: individual and group counseling sessions, up-to-date occupational and educational information, referral services and area employment infor¬ mation. Patricia Brawley, Walter Eye, and Myra Yancy are guidance counselors, and Jean Dove is guidance aide. 25
