glaworiaf T O US, the Graduating Class ot 1946, goes the privilege oi publishing the first Senior Year Book for five years in a world at peace. The turbulence of war has sub- sided and now we are awakening to the dawn of a new era-an era which we our- selves are about to enter. The training we have received here at Brewster Acad- emy has gone far toward preparing us to be better citizens. For it is within the ivy-covered walls of this academy that we have learned the fundamentals of dem- ocracyg it is here at Brewster that we have learned so many principles requisite to good citizenship. It has been our purpose to record in the pages of this book the preparatory activi- ties in which we have participated during the past four years. These experiences will be an ever-treasured part of our school- time memories.
