They dined at El Palacio in Huntsville, attended the Dancers of the Americas Spanish dance festival, sponsored a needy child for Christmas and, had ,,p, a fiesta mipidud, 1Christmas Partyl at which Spanish music was played, pinatas filled with candy were broken and gifts were exchangedj K The club members also attended the Alabama Federation of Spanish Club 1985fConvention. In competi- tion held at the Convention, the club' and, ,several of its members won awards, including first place in the display competition. 1 T .
