,.v Penny Trosper demonstrates Patriot Pride JP' 49 Red Cross Volunteer Nurse BLOOD DRIVE Brewer's 1983 Red Cross Blood Drive, sponsored by the Student Council, was a big success. To give blood is a relatively simple and definitely worthwhile way to help people. The donated blood is used to help accident victims and also to help combat such things as infec- tious diseases. Much to the credit of the chairman, Allison Murphy, and co-chairman, Pam Oldacre, this year's blood drive exceeded its goal by 4 pints of blood with an outstanding of 114 pints. Dianne Jackson smiles as she generously gives her blood.

IDE L E IORS FEMININITY I Sonya Bennett Tony Hale The title Ideal Senior comes from the basis on which ideal seniors are selected. Seniors are named by their peers as possessing a human feature or characteristic that is Ideal Nominees are chosen by homeroom and their names are placed on a ballot under the category for which they were nominated. Then, each senior class member votes for the person he feels best represents each category. The votes are counted and from this ideal seniors are selected.
