SENIOR CLASS OF -f L r 3S0Jm d • -. w£ For two reasons this is an unusual year for graduates of 1944. One is the war, which has taken so many of the boys who were here last year to the armed services. Another is the tenth anniversary celebration of the College. Despite the great amount of necessary work they did, the seniors along with the other students and faculty, have tried to help in the war effort. Assisting at the Red Cross Center, contributing to the support of refugees, sending textbooks to prisoners of war in order that these soldiers may continue their education are some of the ways employed. Too, they have proved very active in buying war bonds and stamps. The officers for the fall of 1943 as shown above are President, Marjorie Ezzelle; Vice-President, Virginia Blanton; and Secretary-Treasurer, Rebecca Dodd.
