Dedication The 1944 Pertelote has the honor of dedicating this volume to Dr. and Mrs. Coltrane, Mr. and Mrs. Pangle, Mr. Trowbridge, Miss Smith, and Miss Hayes. These seven charter members of the faculty of Brevard College have devoted ten years of immeasurable service to the institution. Every student who has been to Brevard College is indebted to these individuals for the love, kindness, and understanding they have given in the great task of preparing us for the future.
